We’ve designed this practice in a way that there are no surprises. One of the worst things you can do to someone that is already anxious is to throw a surprise into the normal game plan. What we do is from the first appointment we go ahead and we treatment plan them 100%.
We figure out exactly what needs to be done. We stage it into certain appointments and they know exactly what they have to pay for each appointment. They know what’s going to happen at the beginning of every appointment.
I’ll go ahead and I’ll explain everything to them and let them know what’s happening. I think everything’s just tailored for them. I would say one major difference here is that between the two doctors that we have, we perform pretty much every procedure that there is.
So we don’t refer our patients out. So it’s kind of like a one-stop shop. If you come in and you need to get your oral health in order, we can do all of that for you here.
Our patients don’t have to worry about bouncing around to three or four different offices and specialists to get the work done. We have everything here kind of under one roof. Secondly, we have a lot of advanced technology and machinery that we use here to be able to give our patients the best care.
No hands like Ramjit. He’s amazing. He’s just an amazing doctor.
Makes you feel comfortable. Having the implant done and he did the impact, whatever he did, and I left here with no pain, with a smile. They’re very professional.
And even though they are professionals, they’re very friendly. You come in and they talk to you so nice and friendly. And it puts you right at ease because you don’t, you know, you come to the dentist, then you think you’re going to come back with pain or something.
I don’t have any complaints. Like I say, I would recommend them to anybody.
